On this website

We set a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in, a CSRF token cookie to protect form submissions, and a preference cookie recording your light or dark theme choice. None of them are used for advertising.

02

On our customers' websites

Where a customer installs the tracker, the platform issues two first-party cookies from that customer's own domain:

  • `_tp_vid` — a random visitor identifier with a two-year lifetime. It contains no personal data and is meaningless outside that customer's company.
  • `_tp_sid` — a session identifier with a 30-minute sliding expiry, used to group a single visit.
