We set a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in, a CSRF token cookie to protect form submissions, and a preference cookie recording your light or dark theme choice. None of them are used for advertising.
On our customers' websites
Where a customer installs the tracker, the platform issues two first-party cookies from that customer's own domain:
- `_tp_vid` — a random visitor identifier with a two-year lifetime. It contains no personal data and is meaningless outside that customer's company.
- `_tp_sid` — a session identifier with a 30-minute sliding expiry, used to group a single visit.
Consent
The website operator is responsible for obtaining consent where it is required. The tracker records the consent state it is given alongside every event, and a visitor who has not consented to marketing is excluded from conversion exports.
Clearing cookies in your browser ends the association between a device and any previous activity.
